My next one is about the creation of fashion shows in Poland. As part of the Kraków Photo Fringe, it can be seen from May 28 to June 8 at the Gallery of the Faculty of Art of the University of Warsaw at Mazowiecka 43.

Curator Beata Długosz:
Science, technology, the Internet, and freedom to travel have led to the exhaustion of discoveries from geographically and culturally distant societies. Observation as a research tool is used today to analyze and name the behaviors and relationships of the communities closest to us.
The aim of the "BEFORE" project was to photographically document the environment related to the fashion industry and, more precisely, the special moment of preparing models to go out on the catwalk, just before a fashion show.
The photographs show a backstage immersed in chaos, full of contrasts, tensions, contradictory gestures, emotions and rush. The photographer becomes an invisible participant in this chaos, recording the process in which a work is born - a statuesque Aphrodite ready to walk the catwalk.
The exhibition describes the backstage of fashion show production and is also a reflection on the paradoxes of the fame factory.
